Consultation
We will contact you to discuss your vision, confirm details, and provide a quote.
Confirmation & Deposit
Once you approve the quote, a deposit secures your order date.
Pickup or Delivery
Your custom order will be ready for pickup or delivery on your chosen date.
Custom orders require advance notice. Please contact us as early as possible — especially for weddings and large events. We recommend reaching out at least 2–4 weeks in advance for most custom orders.
